Sons of Hodir problem

I have completed the quest chain and the spark of life quest and am now neutral with Sons of Hodir.
Problem is I picked up a quest to go to Fjorn's Anvil, once there i turned in a quest to a NPC called "Njormeld", he now has an exclamation mark, meaning he needs to give me a quest to continue, but I cannot interact with him (click him or anything) to pick up the quest.

Anyone else has or had this problem, and if so i wold apriciate a solutio. TY
