WotLK I can't log in or unstuck my dead character from "Services"

I died in Un' Goro Crater and when i went to the corpse i couldn't revive my char even though i was clicking several times, when i /reload -ed the corpse and the revive option dissapeared, and the Spirit Healer isn't there so i went to web page on my account to unstuck my char and it said i need to be logged off so i tried and Log Out and Exit Game didn't work. I hit alt + f4, the game turned off but in Services it still says my char is online and can't unstuck, also I can't log back on my account. Please help.

Once icecrown i up > log-in > and exit the game without altf4, just use standard way to quit the game.

Then wait 1 min and use the website service
