Character buying questions

Hello i got a few questions:
- When buying a character do we have the option of changing their name for free?
- Do bought characters go to the buyers account appearing in the character selection screen in game right below/above the accounts other characters?
- Is it possible to transfer a bought character (or any other character) to another account?
