Hello Warmane,
I am looking to do a race change using points but from what I understand about the point system, you need at least 1k Achievement points to start earning website points daily. Well I have over 5K achievement points and when I click collect points under my account profile it states that I do not have any points to collect. If anyone has any insight on this issue please let me know what to do.

You can collect points only once a day. If you smashed the button multiple times, it usually bugs out and the situation you are in happens. But the point has already been collected; just the "Collect Point" button remains for some reason. When you refresh the page, usually it goes away because you already collected it.
That's my best guess. It should work just fine.

Thank you for your reply. However, I have yet to see any actual points to collect. This may be due to a syncing bug as well but the place where points are supposed to be displayed shows 0 and I've never actually used or seen any points. Is there a specific Forum GM I could reach out to about his or...?

So you are confident you do have 5,000 achievement points, but you cannot collect and have never collected point before?
That's odd. I wish I could assist you further but it seems I really can't see the problem nor have any power to help you.
Forum GM cannot assist you with website problems I believe. Try contacting [email protected] about your problem with the screenshot of your account page.

Thank you again for your timely reply. Yes I am one hundred percent sure of my total achievement points. I will heed your advice and follow through with it. Hopefully this can be resolved soon.

If you have ever be banned you get -0.5 points. So maybe you could collect 0.9 points, and after the ban you loose 0.5 which is 0.4 the result. And the minimum to collect is 0.5. Might be an answer, no offence mate just an opinion.

Hey guys i got 5525 achievement points between 4 chars but my site account saids i have 3615. Not sure why it's not going up on the site.

oh u dummie.
the site counts 1 achiev as 1, not 4.
ou have 3615 achievement points that come from different achievements. if you obtain lvl 10 achiev 4 times it wont give you 40 points, site will count as 10 anyway.
