Technical After buying in store: missing key to TK 25m but q is complete

The problem:
I bought character Lyben mage in store (https://armory.warmane.com/character...utland/summary) When i logged in there was nothing in bags (or bags) and also all keys was lost. I had 100g so I bought atleast mount and had to buy all keys for heroics again. But today we went TK 25m and I couldnt get in. So i found out, that the The Tempest Key (http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/The_Tempest_Key) was deleted as well and I cant take q because it was already done, I have title Champion of the Naaru (http://imgur.com/a/IQo1v) so that mean q was finished. Can you pls sent it to me new one in mail box or something?

he did not deleted any keys, he just sold the character "witthout invenctory" = no bags, no banks

Open a ticket in-game, a GM will help you out with Raid key you miss
