screen freezes

Hello idk everyone or just me in TBC client get many lags screen its only happening in tbc client woltk , cata , mop legion and vanilla works pretty good no lags nothing just tbc is here server side files problem or what this happening not just in BM but in every location https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tD-wf9y9lNU

usually it is becaose addon issue, try to disable all of them

I was tryed play with clean client with no addons its same issues but not that many as now i feel like the problem is with my hard but i have couple hards i been reinstalled windows to new hard and test its happening again , idk what to do for real , whats wrong.
