First - time could fix that problem if not - try un-marking read-only from "Data" folder in WoW and check if the realmlist.WTF file in WoW/Data/enUS has the correct text in it (set realmlist logon.warmane.com). If nothing happens try using Google DNS. If these doesn't work try using VPN and see if it's an IP problem. If you are from Bulgaria there is a high chance it is an IP problem but DO NOT USE free VPN, I got banned for this reason, apparently somebody used this VPN before me and he got banned, so my account got banned too. Use VPN just to see if it is and IP problem then contact your Internet Provider and ask him to change your IP. Hope this info was helpful to you : )
