Pandaria I Have 1125 achievement, i cannot collect point

Please help, i have 1125 point in one of my account but in web my rank is still Agent , in armory my point still in 910 so icant collect point. How to solve this problem?

The way this works is all your characters achievement are added up (counting duplicates only once of course). Generally if let's say you finally reached 1k total today, you'll be able to collect tomorrow.
