I have been hacked and banned

Hello, I am looking for help after I ve recently been hacked and banned due to this hack. someone logged on my account and made advertising with it, now i m lock with a 2 months ban while I just finished to xp my character 70.
The account E mail adress have been changed how can I do to put my old adress back ?
Is there any chance that a GM could help me t resolve this matter ?

I think you have to make an appeal via an email directly to Warmane.

Did this before when my account got hacked and they repealed said ban. Best of luck.

i did try to create a ticket but there is no ban type to select i don't know why because I am ban for real (maybe a bug). So I can't create the request for this tools, could you or someone provide me an e mail adress i could use to speak with them ?
