WotLK Lost Character, Cannot be found in Armory

I'm Warmane player that's been inactive for nearly a year

recently, i want to redownload the client again into my new PC
but before, i was checking the armory and didnt seem to find my character

i wanna ask wether my character is still here or is it got banned/deleted

and if it lost, is there any way i can recover it?

the only way to recover it is from the website:
My Account > Services > Select Realm > Select Character > Set Currency:Points or Coins > Character Restoration

Now you should see a list of all your characters deleted in the past 30 days.

If you can not see him try to contact [email protected] to ask what happened to your chararcter
