Account locked. And now I can't get the code to unlock it.

As the tittle says my account was locked, and now that I'm trying to unlock it via the website, when I log in, it says an email containing a code has been sent to your email etc, but I don't receive any emails whatsoever. anyone have any idea why this is happening or how I can get it fixed or anything?
