I got an ingame mail saying GM's cannot help with this issue... does that mean that Warmane in general does not restore loot lost to server crashes (such as last night) with proof of loot screenshot? Or that the GM's just can't do it?

warmane doesn't return lost items for any reason, unless they were purchased with coins.
Seems like if we got the loot to drop, and their server crash, and I have proof I was looting the mob with the items on it, and it disappeared before we got back to him... then they should restore it? Completely out of my control.
