Long story short, i died while doing the part of the quest where you're supposed to protect Koltira and when i went back it wouldn't restart. So i abandoned the quest and went back to the quest giver and he will no longer give me the quest. I relogged and gave it several hours to fix itself to no avail. I need to do this quest to leave the starting area so i really need help.
