I tried to donate bc this queue makes me a sad panda, but it was denied twice and I have some money. I am in America though and notice it isn't in usd but euro...is this why my card is declined? And if so id recommend adding usd:)

I have no idea why your card got declined, but it isn't because you're paying in USD. It automatically convert with fee costs itself.
