Burning Crusade Possible Faction Change bug?

Hey guys, I'm trying to change the faction of my warrior from Horde to Alliance. But when try to select the race it doesn't show me an option of alliance race. Could someone help me?

you first need to create an Ally War lvl 1, so you Horde War will get the same appearance and race of the lvl 1 ally
