Suspended?

Hello, I recently logged in and noticed it says my account has been suspended for suspicios activity. Can I have more info on this? It's been around a year I haven't logged in :(

I was JUST playing my Paladin not even 2 hours ago and I left my apartment to go to my Girlfriend's house and now I'm suspended due to Advertising? I just started playing this game yesterday.... I guess that's the end of that...
