WotLK Scroll of deception (lacking bonus from the item set after transmogrify)(Q)

Hello,
Lately I decided to use one of those scrolls of deception on my helmet and suddenly I've discovered that I lack the item set bonus due to using the scroll. Overall, helmet stats work just fine (stats, gem bonuses etc.), but set bonuses don't, though I have 4 pieces of it. Thanks for helping me.
