How small can you get on Warmane WOTLK?

I like being small. Small life, small ..., small car, small house so why not a small character in wow (i am just kidding, or am i rly...)
So asking the real question here.
I AM THINKING ABOUT MAKING A GNOME ROGUE SO I WANT TO KNOW: CAN THEY GET SMALLER THEN THEY ARE?
Does nogg and other buffs work on them to make them even smaller?
Saw once a hunter with nogg+world enlarger looked so small and cute!
I googled stuff and found awesome pics of chars that where OMG 2 pixel small (ish)

There are quite a few ways to shrink, and using them all can make you too small to even
be visible to other players. Let's check them out...
Noggenfogger Elixir: we've covered this one already, it has a decent shrink effect for 10 min.
Raw Deviate Fish: Eating these can do several things, one of which is to put a "curse" on you
for 2 minutes, which causes you to shrink and get a cool purple effect over your head, which
leaves a "tracer" or "trail" as you move.
Baby Spice: Obtained from doing the Dalaran Cooking daily quest, this can shrink you drastically,
but it doesn't last very long. It should be the last of the shrink-effect items you use if you plan to
use many at once to get really small.
Gnomish World Enlarger: This is something made by Gnomish Engineers, and can shrink you a
great deal, but the effect overrides another of the shrink effects, I can't recall which at the moment.
Small Feast: This can be made by high-level cooks who have purchased the recipe in Dalaran.
It shrinks you a lot for an hour.
Using the various shrink effects may leave you smaller depending on what order you use them in.
Experimenting with that idea in mind should lead you to the best results.
Doing a /kiss on a Mojo frog after using all the other shrink effects will make you so small you'll
have trouble seeing your own name or character.
A Magic Eater basilisk form on top of the shrink effects is also insanely tiny, and moves extremely
fast.

Do they work on gnome?

You forgot the Pygmy Oil.All size effects work regardless of race.

you can get srsly to a size of a dot with shrink stuff, i've seen gnome rogues open on me and im like wtf who is attacking me, you only see nameplate, nothing else. fun stuff.
