Donation and gifting coins

Hello!
I've donated 10EUR for 10 coins that i bought to gift for my boyfriend to get him a name change on his character. I didn't see until now when I am trying to send him the coins that we both have to have accounts that have existed for six months before being eligible to do this. I would have bought them on his accound if I was aware of this. Is it possible to circumvent this rule in some way? So that I can pay for his character name change.

There is no way to circumvent this. Wait 6 months or donate another 10 euro on your friend his account.
