Technical Remove WoD models from my wotlk help!

Basically i downloaded the wod models vers of wotlk and I'd like to remove them and have the oldschool download file without losing all my customization (addons/options/keybinds)

tried that, a bunch of npcs are white and purple cubes

then you did something wrong. Usually following that guide does not give any problem.

Anyway you can download a new Client (Wotlk old).
to not lose "addons,options,keybinding" you just need to copy your "WTF" folder to the new WoW folder.

Edit: As Kamil87 said you need to copy "Interface" folder too.
So:
1. WTF folder
2. Interface Folder

Option #2 for you would be to download the other WOTLK client on warmane website and transfer your Interface + WTF to that new WoW. This way you won't lose any of your settings.

I actually did the same, not much room to do something wrong here, Bunch of NPC are now white and blue cubes

Because the new updated warmane's client is no more the same as the one used in 2015. Now it is based on this new models (http://forum.warmane.com/showthread....=1#post2738706). You will find all the assistance you need in that thread, just write there.
