Loot bug

After the server bugfix I can't loot anything. From good gear to other items, I right click and he doesnt take it. Just some random Silk Cloth or a good sword he just doesn't take it.

My bag is near empty so I guess it's a bug.

I had similar issue few days ago. We've done achi/mount run to Obsidian Sanctum, black drake dropped we both went NEED and it just disappeared - nobody received it.
