I was just wondering if it was common for a purchased character to disappear from your account? I don't remember exactly how long ago it was that I purchased it (a few months ago maybe?) but a friend and I both purchased characters on Icecrown to mess around with but never did much on them. I'm talking like maybe a few days on them lol. We were interested in playing again but my character seems to have disappeared. His is still on his account though. So like I said at the start, I was just wondering if it was common for one to disappear from your account? Not sure it would do me any good to contact anyone regarding the issue because I have no clue what the characters name was xD All I remember was he was an Orc DK so idk if they could do anything with that.
It's weird too because his account is still showing his purchase history but mine isn't. So either mine just straight up vanished or I used a different account. I only use one email address though and as far as I know this is the only account that it is linked to.

are you 100% sure you bought a charcter?
Check how many Coins you have now then go here: https://www.warmane.com/account/history to see how many Coins you have ever had to understand if you have less Coins than you should ( which means you spent some of them by buying a character)

Thanks for the reply. I actually figured out I have another account with a similar name to this one. I checked my account folder and saw the character and confirmed it in the Armory. So now I'm just trying to figure the password out. The password recovery is sort of confusing. It says it's sending it to the registered mailbox if the account exists. I'm not getting anything on any of my emails.
