WotLK From "Error Retrieving Character List" to an empty character list

After two weeks without playing i logged and got the message "Error Retrieving Character List" but now the list is epmty. On my account page, i checked 'select character', on store tab, and it is empty too. I still have Envoy as activity rank (2k+achiev) but all my characters are gone. Help, please.

check "restoration" feature, it shows your character deleted in the past 30 days.
