I don't know much about coding or any sort of hosting, but if possible i think it would be a good idea to make fresh servers every year or so. Many players feel discouraged to play on a server where everyone has the best gear in the game, and so a fix could be using the code if possible to just wipe the characters and release content slowly.

WoW is hard to start and hard to end. (Like every good MMOs and RPG games out there)But when you get into it, there's nothing in front of you in accomplishing gear, achievements, reputation between community.
Also. They said for about 50+ times... NO to making suggestions about new realms, realm cap etc.
If you want a fresh start, you can make a fresh character right now, but what you want is fresh start of all us. Some people enjoy at top, some are eternal alt-players, always leveling up some chars. Some are casual players gearing slowly their 80s. Gettin' achies etc.
In short. That what you said is stupid.
If you want a fresh start, hope for a new expansion at Warmane or for a new server in the world of legacy servers. Otherwise, I don't think so they will create one fresh realm every year just because you.

Lol a wipe would essentially be seizing peoples money, you'd have a riot on your hands. Not to mention a wipe already occurred 2 years ago which was triggering enough and about a year ago Lordaeron was released.

That sounds god awful to wipe the experience and loot we received at this point but I find the idea kind of intriguing. What if there was a server made where every 6 months or so a character wipe happened server wide. It would be similar to seasons in diablo where it's a fresh start every season. I think it's a cool idea honestly. Warmane would definitely be the first to do it. It would also encourage competitions to be the first to clear x raid or whatever for guilds every season. I would hate to see it happen on existing servers but I think it would be amazing to see a server that people went into knowing that it was a "seasonal server" or whatever u wanted to call it.
