Ticket containts illegal characters

Hi,
I have written here before, and on the support place. Didn't get an answer there and my thread here just got deleted without a reason given.
So, I'm trying to write a ban appeal for like a month and a half now. But I can't because it "contains illegal characters". However, my ticket only consists out of letters, dots and commas. No ":';<>/?!@#$%^&*(*)+- or numbers in the ticket. I am certain they are not in the ticket, I have cntrl+F'd all of them.
So can anyone help me instead of deleting these threads?
