Technical When I start Wotlk, I always have to go through the eula

So I'm running wotlk on 5 computers. 2 are mac and 3 are PCs. On the macs, when I start up wow, it goes immediately to the log in screen no problem. When I start up wow on the PCs, it starts the wotlk intro video and I have to accept the End Use License Agreement. Also, many of my settings are unchanged. Is there a fix to this?

Follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC ( this is important in your case)
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only".

Hi there, same problem here. I have already move the folder from the download folder to another destination and remove read only feature. Still, everytime i run Wow.exe eula appearing and video options set to default. Any ideas? Moving on Win10 64bit.
