I lost all my old character

I cant play on this server a long time ago. I earn lvl 80 lot character on Icecrown realm, but all lost. Why? Server full restart or what? I cant play 1-2 years ago. Please, give me back my characters or at least 1 character on lvl 80. My account name Fankwell. This my oldest account.

Maybe your characters were deleted in Inactivity cleanup. Try the restoration feature from the website, if the characters are not there then i think you may have to start fresh.

the server crashed or something like this happened, and all characters got deleted. u got stuff based on how much deleted things u had. i had x3 insta 80s and some vote points which could be used only in first few months i believe as the crash happened.
