    Failure to change faction.

    Good night warmane, with votes, buy the change of faction, but only change the name and not the faction of my character Roncancio, can it be done again? Thank you.

    did you buy the wrong service?
    go here https://www.warmane.com/account/history > "Services" and check if you bought "character rename" or "faction change"
