Technical Help please

Hi there I'm trying to get this to work but I'm not all that handy with computers in the first place but when I try to logon, I get the whole account is temporarily suspended thing that other people have got and I have tried to change the name of the realm list file or whatever but it did not work so I'm sure I'm not doing something right but I'm not sure what that is exactly and id really like to play lol
