Hello game master... I've done a really big mistake... I am voting since 1 month to get my paladin in alliance on Icecrown and today i got 30 points. Then i just try to switch my paladin in other faction, but unfortunately i just see that i changefaction my paladin Summerslolz on Blackrock which changefaction and changerace is FREE... I vote since 1 months can you do something for me please? the changefaction option is still on my paladin on Blackrock i did not use the command just to make you see that i had changefaction it, you can check the history of my account. You would ask me why do i click on Blackrock.. Because i used to play on it since Warmane has been created. When Ragnaros merge with Icecrown my paladin stay in the horde and can't even switch him in alliance without voting and now that i get the point this stupid mistake will make myself re-vote to 30 points again.. Can you help me somehow thanks for have read this message and keep that great work!

Make a support ticket or pm a mod on forums. Most likely I think it will be viewed as your mistake as you have to click realm and character and even check the confirm box about the action and then it pops up a window asking if you're sure, or was the window only on store items..?

Anyhow GL with that, if mod decides to help you it's out of their kindness, I think the rules say something like that it's your fault if you mess up these things. Of course I'm not sure how they deal with refunding faction changing and points, never had to do that only misbuys.

The thing is that why they put faction change on Blackrock when is free on there to changefaction ;/ But yeah thanks..

You can make a support ticket but I highly doubt we can help since we do not offer support for points nor we cannot help it situations when mistakes are made.
