When is the Darkmoon Faire (Outland)?

Its nov 1st, raids have reset, all that stuff. but no darkmoon faire >_> been afk in TB staring at it for 2 days now!!! anyone have any idea as to when it starts?

I've always heard that darkmoon faire always starts on the first sunday of the month. but im not too sure coz I never use darkmoon faire. I also only play on wotlk, but I think tbc is the same in this matter.
