What mind ,,Your ticket subject must be more than 5 characters." i want to get back coins because i doesn't buy good item for Mage and i correct all but i don't undertand what this mind?

Go to "My Account" -> "Support" -> "Create Ticket" -> select Item Misbuy as category and put something like "Refund", "Item misbuy" or something else relevant in the subject. Then in the ticket state the realm, character and misbought item. If that item was purchased in less than 24h ago from the moment you submit the ticket, there should be no problems with refunding the item.

It means the title of your ticket must be longer
