Technical Lost email

Hi,

Is there any way to find out the email used to create an account?
I know the account info, both the name and the password(i can provide these via PM if needed), but i can't remember which email i used to create the account
and because i changed my phone since the last time i have been on warmane the goggle authenticator doesn't work now.
