Pandaria Unstuck

ive created a pandaren and im on the starter isle but for some odd reason i wanted to complete a quest and for the quest i had to jump on the small lake on those bamboo sticks it glitched and then it put me under the map for some odd reason but since im a pandaren and i have to choose my faction i gues on level 40 i cant use website unstuck because i get choose faction error so please fix this for me.
