No it's not, it's a PVE item bought with badges that comes with patch 2.3, aka Zul'Aman

Exactly. Season 3 was released with patch 2.3. Not releasing the cloak would be a custom advantage for PvE players.

Zul Aman and its badge items are not being released with S3 here, you're talking about a custom advantage for PVE players when S3 launched later on retail after top guilds already had all of T6 on farm.. Here S3 launches with BT, which is a custom advantage for PVP players.

Your argument is valid but meaningless.

It's Warmane's decision whether or not to release the 2.3 BoJ items with BT (custom) or with 2.3 (blizzlike). The OP asked a question and bigbazz gave the most accurate answer according to retail. If you want S3 to be released with BT, then that's another discussion.

I dont care when it's released, if it gets released early for some reason then great for me I get upgrades sooner.. But the question was asked about the cloak and I gave the answer, it's a badge item that comes with the ZA patch and that's that. There is no void argument, I'm just stating the facts as they are, you're the one who brought up "custom advantages".

Since you decided to bring up "Custom" then you took the discussion back to retail TBC where players had already had access to Black Temple and Hyjal gear for 6 months before S3 launched, which was 2 weeks after patch 2.3. Since we're on that topic then like I said it's closer to a custom advantage for PVP players compared to retail, lets not forget that S3 weapons are BIS for a few specs in PVE, especially if you disinclude Warglaives, so being a PvP'er is quite the PVE advantage.
