Unable to make a bugreport?

I've made a few bugreports in the past without a problem, but when I wanted to make a new one today, I always got random error message. Title not being between 10 to 50 characters even tho it is or Only imgur screenshot links are allowed, even if there's no screenshot / if it is imgur link etc. Anyone has the same problem?

i had the same problem even when i used Imgur website to post the screen shots proving the bug, i too came to the forums to ask others about it where my post was removed and i received a warning from the forum admin about not posting bugs right, when i was asking for help about posting the bug!!! he told me to contact the QA team and i did and i never heard back, funny huh?
