Disable transmog feature

It has been nearly a year and a half since you have promised it, under the premise that it would be added later on, and that the devs were working on it. Please be transparent on this subject, as transmog is a feature that can ruin arenas, and I see it as an eyesore and I was promised that it would be a feature I could disable.

For me, there is only 1 good set to even bother with X-Mog and it is the Hateful Gladiator set for Hunters, that gold and green is sexy...but then again why use x-mog when I can wear that?

When I go into an arena, and see a paladin in furious and mixed items, I don't know how much he is going to heal for, or his resilience. Hell he could be a full wrathful hpala but his transmog disguises that and I don't know jack **** about it. That's the issue with the transmog.

i usually just checked how much hp they had when i played cata and other later expansions.... higher gear gives more hp (and pvp items usually some more then pve)... also low hp and the enemies movement gave away their skill / gear in advance for me...but then again i played wow for many years lol..

PS: i remember i also hated the xmog when cata came out and you actually almost quoted my furstration from back then :D

First of all, Andrej is right speaking of HP. Second, we have Warmane Armory which perfectly shows all the "real" gear behind t-mogs.

The feature is great, and I and many others wouldn't stay here if it weren't added.

It's fine to have it. Just give people an option to disable it if they don't want it, or only to see it on their character etc.
And once the arena starts, it's not like you exactly have time to go to the armory and check a guys items lol.

To be honest, I find quite interesting that you need to know the gear your opponents are wearing to choose which tactic is the best to win an arena match.
