website ban

website banned with bot network, I tried to send mail to [email protected], but no any responses for 2 weeks, also cant submit tickett through the support system. Please check my acc. activities and remove the ban.

This may be a problem because you guys may have been selling characters through the global chat (even when you were using the website's character trade feature via coins).The new advertising bot is still learning stuff and they polish it every now and then. I hope your issue gets resolved soon.
