Unintentional need roll on item (Normal Botanica)

Hi,

A party member (Groggen) unintentionally rolled need Bangle of Endless Blessigns that i needed(Main spec).

We are in agreeance that i should have received the trinket and we were both wondering if there was a way that the item can come from his account to mine.

GM ticket has been placed, any help would be appreciated.
