Hello, i have a little question here. I got banned yesterday due to a missunderstanding. I've been sending messeges to trade and global in my native (russian) and got banned for advertising. The issue is solved and the ban was lifted, but my tichet in the support section of the website still has an open status. How do i close it now, as it's no longer an issue?
