Can you Transmog Sulfuras Hand of Ragnaros with an ordinary scroll?

I want to mog by axe and mace with it in my warrior.Or do I have to buy a special recipe?

If you want to transmog a weapon to look like the legendary, no, you cannot use a regular scroll to do that. The only place the legendary scrolls are available are on the marketplace.
