    Friend logged in with VPN

    Hey, my friend logged in with a VPN by accident and got banned instantly for "Advertising", is it possible if you can get him unbanned? That would be great.
    He didn't do anything wrong, just logged in with a VPN, and his IP was banned for some reason.

    We have made a ticket both ingame on his character and on the warmane website, via my account, so if you could please respond to it and help us out, that would be great! :)
