WotLK Difference between Icecrown and Lordaeron?

Hi Literally registered yesterday and started levelling a shaman on the Wotlk lordaeron server late last night. I noticed there was also a Wotlk Icecrown server, what is the difference between them apart from the population?

Lordaeron:
x1 rate for everything, no RDF system, No gear on Store, buffed Raid Bosses's dmgs and HP ( to make more difficult)

Icecrown:
x7 exp, x3 prof - gold - rep - weapon skills. All gear available on Store.

Thanks for the reply, that gives me some food for thought. Probably stay on Lordaeron then, though I will miss the RDF system.
