Technical Trouble downloading Wrath of the Lich King, not sure how to fix

I'm new here, so sorry if this is the wrong place to post. My friends were trying to help me get set up to play with them and as soon as I got to the download, I ran into a problem. Whenever I try to download WotLK, my bittorrent stays stuck on "connecting to peers" and wont ever move. I'm not very torrent savvy so I'm not sure how to fix it.

If this is the wrong place, just let me know and i'll delete this and post elsewhere.
