Position in Queue

I have been waiting for 4 hours in a queue and now I am at position 95 at queue and it did not change by a single one in 20 . Is that a glitch?

That is normal on sundays, people plat long time, 6-8 hours of queue, maybe more
That is a system created by warmane so you dont waste your sunday playing wow
