Hello there fine gentlemens and ladys. I was looking trough FAQ and used search function but couldnt find anything about this.

I am thinking about donating for some coins and buying myself a sweet x-bow. But it says you need a certain rep to use said item (http://tbc.cavernoftime.com/item=32645) If i dontate for it, can I still use it without having the reputation?
