Character group bug

i am experiencing a quite disturbing bug with my character which hinders my gameplay.
the bug is manifsted in that way: i seem to be in a group. but the game UI doesn show that and i cannot leave the group because character options doesn't have this option. from time to time i experiance a rdf popup but cannot join and several rolechecks, it seems that the person with whom i'm stuck in a group is confused and tries multiple things to fix it, (cant remember the username of the person). i cannot invite people to my party, it says that i'm not the leader. my friends can't invite me in their group it sais that i'm allready in agroup and it wont let me join RDF nor RBG. Have any of you had the same problem and know how to fix it?
