Help!!! I lost all my characters

I have a few month without playing and i had many characters level 85 in cataclysm server. now i have no characters and the realm is really low in population, how can i get back my characters?? i couldn't open a ticket because tickets are just for banned people

your characters were on Warsong ( realm with instant lvl 85) or on Neltharion ( realm where you need to level up) ?

then someone have deleted your characters. Did you ever share your account info with someone else?

Here: https://www.warmane.com/account/services you can find "character restoration" feature but it allows to recover only characters deleted in the last 30 days

The thing is that i didn't delete any character, was any problem with the realm? i remember once was a hack and we all lost our characters, but they took care of that.

no, nothing like that happened (since you play here) that is why I asked if you have ever shared your account info with an other person.

Maybe you can contact support team at [email protected] to ask what happened to neltharion character on your account
