Burning Crusade In-game ticket system TBC

Do the Gms respond to the ticket issue system in the game ? I have played on a few Private Servers were they didn't use the system , it was just part of the game when blizzard supported the game . I did read the GM section above and they did say they do , but I thought I saw a in game message that said they don't use that system .. but I could be wrong, or thinking of another PS.

I'd like to know the same. Because they GM's were actually active before moltdown. Now they don't respond or respond with "Sorry, we cannot help you with that problem. Report that to the bugtracker."

Thats what I read , but it can change after a year old post .

Yes they do read the tickets and answer you. They get a lot of tickets every days so allow at least 24 at the latest 48 hours for them to answer. There are only a handful of GMs.
