I just saw this 2 fresh toon standing in winterspring AH camping 24/7 to snipe people. Is this legal? if so how come needing on trash loots of dungeon is banable.

If it's a bot - it's bannable.
If it's a person spending 24 hours of their day actually refreshing the AH and sniping whatever comes up - it's allowed.

As long as you are the 1 to buy it then its allowed.There are even addons that can help you to snipe items.
You can get banned If you use bots or programs to buy/sell items automatically.
